Business - General Liability
General Liability
This policy provides coverage for customer injuries, customer property damage, and lawsuits related to both. In most businesses, this is the first coverage purchased. Small business owners often need proof of general liability coverage as a requirement to sign commercial leases and client contracts.

Independent contractors are often required to carry gerneal liability insurance as a condition for being subcontracted for jobs. The independent contractor should not assume that the primary contractor has coverage for subcontractors.
  • Protect you and your business
  • Your clients want to know you are covered
  • Subcontractors are not automatically covered
  • It may be required by law, depending on the industry or trade

Testimonial
As a Construction Contrator, Berta helped me understand the importance of liability coverage. We often have customers arriving on site as we work. I know they are covered if they have an accident.
